Each participating party will pay, in equal shares unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the hourly rate for mediation and arbitration services including time spent in preparation and attendance, phone and email communications, drafting of agreements or decisions, reporting to the court or arbiter as required, and any requested post-mediation negotiations and follow-up. Arbitrations will charge a minimum of four hours of time. Half-day mediations will charge a minimum of three hours of time. Full-day mediations will charge a minimum of six hours of time.

Time spent on collection efforts, including attorney fees and costs, will be assessed against the nonpaying party. Kevlin Mediation reserves the right to require payment in advance.

WE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

Parties may cancel or reschedule a confirmed mediation at no charge if done via email at least three full business days (72 hours not counting weekends or holidays) prior to the confirmed start time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made fewer than three full business days prior to the mediation start time will be invoiced for the minimum chargeable time (in addition to the actual chargeable time for a rescheduled session).

PLEASE NOTE: We do not waive applicable cancellation/rescheduling fees unless we are able to book another case in the reserved time slot, as these fees partially compensate us for loss of use of the time slot reserved as well as the administrative expenses incurred in connection with scheduling. Unless all parties agree in writing, all parties will be equally responsible for a late cancellation fee.

Two sided mediation:
$225 per hour per side ($450 per hour total)

Three sided mediation:
$200 per hour per side ($600 per hour total)

Four or more sided mediation
$180 per hour per side

Arbitration $475 per hour, four hour minimum

FACILITY AND TRAVEL CHARGES.

Mediations and arbitrations are conducted via Zoom remote technology, unless otherwise requested. Facility charges for in-person mediations and arbitrations will be invoiced and paid in equal shares by each party. Anne does not charge for travel time of less than four hours round trip, but mileage, airfare, meals, and parking for travel to in-person mediation or arbitration will be billed in equal shares to each party.
